The people behind Lift.

I'm Bradley Watson, founder of Lift Group. I got into technology and creative work as a teenager, working with AV, sound, video, and church media. I liked the mix of creativity and solving problems behind the scenes.

I previously served as an AVP and led the digital department at a financial institution with $1 billion in assets. I still work with financial institutions today, alongside businesses in Tuscaloosa and beyond.

At Lift Group, I bring marketing and technology together: multichannel campaigns, digital ads, AI, automation, and connected business systems. Outside work, faith and family keep me grounded.

Isaiah handles databases, ERP, software development, and automation at Lift Group. His work includes Acumatica integrations, SQL reporting, and automation built with Python and n8n.
